Sunday, September 7 Studio Rat's Clay Class! Completely free workshop with Ashley Pickin. All supplies provided! We will be making and firing tiles at the ODU Ceramic Studio! Please wear older clothes you don't mind messing up, and bring lotion for your hands. The studio is at the corner of West 47th St. and Monarch in Norfolk, Va., across from the Stables Theater. Saturday, January 10, 2009 7 Cities Crafters/Suffolk Museum Show & Sale The Suffolk Museum is interested in partnering with our group to throw a one-day exhibit/sale in January. 7 Cities Crafters will sell their wares in the museum in downtown Suffolk. The goal is to expand their reach to a younger, more contemporary crowd and to draw people to Suffolk. Tables are $10 each and refreshments will be provided. This is a great opportunity.
